I adored the cozy lobby with its warm fireplace and plush armchairs, making it a perfect spot for relaxing with a good book. the hotel's spacious corridors were adorned with beautiful artwork that reminded me of strolling through a charming art gallery. Additionally, the wide hallways and easily accessible elevators made getting around effortless for us seniors.

It offers reasonable prices. It's excellent place to stay 3 miles away from Tigers. The staff are all cheerful. The restaurant attached makes HOT food.

Low-budget hotel in a very nice area close to downtown Des Moines, airport, State Fair. Recently refurbished and cheap rooms available with 1 queen bed and air conditioning, as for instance. Totally pleasant stay on vacation.

The room was affordable and clean, equipped with a pull-out sofa, two queen beds, and air conditioning. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to everything.

Neighbors in hotel had a dog that wouldn't quit barking when they were gone. Plus had VERY rude guests at the pool

I loved the clean, new flooring and the spacious room, which really added to my experience. The hot breakfast was awesome, and the pool was super nice. The staff, especially Rose, were helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

Left my phone charger in the room, called as soon as I realized it and was told I didn't leave it there. I live 3.5 hours away. I couldn't go back to look once I realized I left it. It was busy at check in and the front desk person was unfriendly. He let someone check in before the person that was there first (not me) the first person didn't make a big deal about it but the person he let "cut" did because they were in a hurry and couldn't wait for her to be slow. Not good customer service I don't believe.
